A GC understands the processes, coordination and managing the completion your project. It saves you time and minimizes distractions for you and your staff. You only have one person to call for service during and after the project completion.

You could make the argument that any project that has more than one trade needs a GC because as a customer you only need to contact one person to answer any questions, make changes or handle any problems.
