The church called us about a leaking roof and we scheduled a roof survey. Using the I-35 A.C.T.I.O.N. Process we assessed the property came up with a plan and were able to move from roof fixes, repairs or replacement on a single roof to a complete replacement of 5 out of their 9 roofs as well as their parsonage. As it turned out, as a result of our experience our A.C.T.I.O.N. Process we were able to do the work to the 5 roofs, 1/3 of the budget they had planned for a single roof, because of their storm damage. We were the general contractor for them, replacing not only roofs, but metal, gutters and much more. We did the work for the amount of their insurance settlement plus their deductible.
