- Tar and Gravel Built-up roofs were vacuumed, cleaned and prepped.
- After the roof was cleaned we sealed around the penetrations and other details.
- Next we used a rubber emulsion process with multiple coats to seal the roof
- After the seal coats cured we applied a top coat and embedded granules on top to make it UV stable.
- Title 24 compliant and energy star certified reflective granules were used
