The client had a need for 2 different roof systems because of the design of the building he purchased.
The main roof, which was Tar & Gravel, was stripped of the ballast then treated with a base coat then the final coat of silicone. It will be used as a cold-storage facility and the reflective white roof will significantly lower the energy bills for our client.
The other roofs were foam and needed to be completely removed due to total saturation. New decking was required in some areas, the roofs were brought up to code with R-25 ISO and then capped with .60mil TPO.
