The owner and property manager of this facility called us for an estimate to replace their aging roof. As part of the I-35 A.C.T.I.O.N. plan we assessed the property and determined they had storm damage and should notify their insurance company, we completed a scope of work that they could submit to their insurance company. We met with the adjuster, the client and an engineer and arrived at the property take-off of what work was to be performed and then managed and performed the project as the general contractors.
As a result of our experience the client avoided spending several hundred thousand dollars since we were able to complete the job for the insurance estimate amount.
